Our family of five had a nice time in Maui (who doesn’t!) but unexpected surprises left us with a not-so-restful stay. \n\nThe Good:\n- Located across a beautiful beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops etc\n- The guest support team is very responsive and helpful\n- Nice extra touches - phone charger, plenty of beach towels and beach chairs\n\nThe Misses:\n- The second bedroom is not connected to the main living space. The set up is more similar to a hotel suite and a second hotel room (with bathroom) next door - both with exterior entrances only.\n- The units are on the first floor next to the main office and door so the “outdoor space” in not very private as people are frequently walking by.\n- There is no gym on the property\n- Only 2 small hotel size shampoo/conditioners provided for 5 night stay\n\nSome of the small things can be fixed to make this a more comfortable stay but the listing should be updated with the things noted above so people are better aware of what to expect.
