Beachside Retreat | Walk to Shops & Dining

For just under $200/night, you get a really value deal for prime location of 3 min walk into Kam II. The place was cozy, clean, and well-furnished with thoughtful touches. While new on Airbnb, this listing has been on other platforms! Given this, I was confident this was going to be a good spot. Communication was prompt, but do know they utilize AI for handling welcome call and Airbnb text interactions. Guided by a human, but all texts were AI. Felt a bit odd not talking with the actual host, but it was fast and efficient nonetheless. Checkin instructions could be a lot more precise... because what was provided was not intuitive at all: like how to find the unit (there are SO many units and buildings), where to actually pick up your parking tag (there's no HOA like in the checkin text... It's the actual Aston hotel front desk like you go to for tag pickup), and where elevators are located. Despite small hiccups, I'd recommend this place as a value option!

The place advertised was not what I was given. The view was of trees, no water view. Direct access to the beach means, stepping right on the beach from the place; not walking from the back of the parking lot/property, crossing the streets. I did not stay at the place, had to book a last minute stay at another hotel.

This rental was in close proximity to everything you need for a vacation. Great views, minimal-to-no sound pollution other than the beautiful sounds of Hawaii birds. Also close to the triangle (local bars and restaurants). Wished there were a few more towels but other wise was clean and David answered all our questions in a timely manner.
